Def don't get Netlife! worse support, worse customer service and def not the best internet in Ecuador.
Internet in Ecuador is bad period but if you advertised as the best then you should be the best all the way around.
I was raised in New Jersey and we don't have the best customer service either but def a lot better than other countries and by far better than here.
I feel really sad to say this as an Ecuadorian but a lot of companies and employees need to learn better customer services. They need to understand that the customer is the one paying the bills so the company can pay the salaries of many employees.
Employees are not the owners of the company, they shouldn't make any decisions without the approval of a supervisor, manager or owner.
Employees think because they are sitting in the other side in a nice desk and wearing their fancy suits they can do whatever they want? NO!!
You are an employee and your job is to make sure you help the people bring their money to your company so they don't take their business somewhere else!!
Common sense but i guess in Ecuador the company and employees are the ones doing us a favor. Sad...
