Horrible service, overpriced, terrible people work here. Do not go.
If I could leave zero stars for this review, I would.
Not only are the staff completely incompetent, but they Will easily go back on contracts that they have signed. My friend and I, 18 and 19, rented a car from them for two weeks. We told them that we needed an automatic car with FULL COVERAGE insurance. Granted, the full coverage was much more expensive. 12 hours before we are set to pick up the car, the woman calls us and tells us we will be getting a manual car! But would not give us the price for the manual car . Literally the most incompetent woman in the entire world, had nothing to do with a language barrier as my friend was raised speaking Spanish.
After this ordeal of an expensive car and fighting for an automatic car as requested, the car broke down. Three. Times. They did not pick up the phone when we asked- even though we had full coverage insurance. We ended up needing to drive HOURS to Kia Motors and get the battery replaced, which took hours. They had no remorse for giving us a damaged car, even though their sky high price was for “a new car”. Disgusting. I would recommend that no one use this car service unless you are a mechanic with money to burn, because you will need to fix your own car , and pay double an acceptable rate. In addition, we got a parking ticket due to our car dying. They refused to pay for it , though the car was immobile, and then waited weeks to pay the ticket, making the price cost 3x the amount. I think these people should 100% go out of business, if I could plaster this review on their front gate, I would.

Horrible service and a broken car. Actually a scam
