Pregunta a Haceb del Ecuador S.A.

Dear Senor, Senora,

We have a Haceb refrigerator and the plastic freezer door fell off the plastic hinges and was badly damaged when it hit the floor. Anyway, we need to order a new door and plastic hinges for the door. How can we do this? We live in Salinas Ecuador and we are about 2 hours from Guayaquil. Thank you.
